Summary
In order to approach the location of transformative mediation, the basic ideas of mediation are first considered. Individual mediation styles can then be differentiated. This will form the basis for understanding transformative mediation and comprehending its intentions and methods. Transactional analysis will then be discussed in order to analyse selected basic concepts with a view to the requirements of transformative mediation.
