  • Organisational perspective verdeutlichen:
    Welchen Einfluss hat die auftraggebende Organisation auf die Grundsätze von Vertraulichkeit und Allparteilichkeit.
  • Conduct mediation for organisations:
    What does it mean for mediators not (only?!) to be commissioned by the conflict parties? What does the mediation architecture, its design and its implementation look like? What are the stumbling blocks?
  • Work in line with the overall strategy:
    Context awareness - mediation in organisations is sometimes also organisational development, not (only) personnel or even personality development!

Die Weiterbildungsmodule finden in der Regel als Präsenzkurse Sie erhalten von INKOVEMA eine Bescheinigung, das Ihre Professionalisierung dokumentiert und im Rahmen diverser Verbände angerechnet wird.

The seminar comprises a total of 15 training hours.

The number of participants is regularly between 6 and 12 people. A maximum of 15 people can be trained by two trainers.

In addition to the time investment, there is also a financial investment:

  • Privatzahler: 850,-€ zzgl. gesetzl. Mehrwertsteuer
  • Organisation payer: 1050,-€ plus statutory VAT

For the Recruitment for each additional participant there is an additional 5% Discount.
