SUPERVISION DAYS AT INKOVEMA

The Regular reflection on your own professional practice – including a competent external perspective – is rightly part of the self-image of professional counsellors and a legal obligation for certified mediators.

The Supervision days at INKOVEMA offer the possibility

  • Current mediation cases, difficult projects or general issues
  • in a needs-based and confidential atmosphere,
  • train their own intuition and professionalism on the basis of cases and
  • to get to know and deepen organisational concepts.

It is not a requirement to contribute your own case descriptions, but it does increase the personal learning intensity.

SUPERVISION IS SUITABLE FOR

For mediators – for further professionalisation and further training within the meaning of the Mediation Act.

Where does the event take place and at what times?
The case supervision days take place in the INKOVEMA rooms at the Spinnerei in Leipzig or online via ZOOM.

Die Supervisionstage starten jeweils 09.00 Uhr und enden – je nach Teilnehmerzahl – spätestens 16.00 Uhr.

Investment per mediation and case supervision day:

  •  210,- € plus statutory value added tax
  • reduced for INKOVEMA training participants: € 180 plus VAT.

Supervision is a proven instrument for the continuous development of one's own professionalism by reflecting on professional behaviour in an action- and practice-oriented manner.

The supervisor encourages the supervisees to reflect on their own professional role, the organisational context, personal communications and emerging conflict dynamics in the team, etc. The supervisor also encourages the supervisees to reflect on the topics of the supervision. Of course, each supervision will focus on specific topics.

Einzelfallsupervision kann grundsätzlich auch in Anwesenheit von vertrauten Gruppenmitgliedern von ca. 4 – 8 Personen durchgeführt werden, so dass Elemente und Effekte einer kollegialen Beratung eingeflochten werden können (Bereicherung der Supervisanden) bzw. die anwesenden Gruppenmitglieder von der supervidierten Fallsituation partizipieren können (Lerneffekt durch Trittbrettfahren).

  • to optimise collaboration with colleagues or customer representatives in a project.

Das Führen des Titels „zertifizierte*r Mediator*in“ verlangt gemäß der Rechtsverordnung zum Mediationsgesetz, dass regelmäßige Supervisionen für Mediationsfälle durchgeführt wird.

Leicht sagt es sich, dass Organisationen mehr seien als die Summe der Personen oder dass das Verhalten von Personen erst im Verstehen ihrer Kontexte verständlich werde. Allerdings muss man zunächst in die organisationale Perspektive „eintauchen“ um sie als zusätzliche Kompetenz zu gewinnen.

In case supervision sessions at INKOVEMA, you can learn how organisations function and how they influence their members. You will practice applying the organisational perspective and being able to switch between the personal and organisational perspective

Practical cases of the participants will be discussed and relevant concepts, e.g. of systemic transactional analysis, will be presented.

With concepts of Transactional analysis, Systemic organisational consulting and strategic mediation we conduct mediation and case supervision sessions.

We apply these concepts with the concrete case studies of the participants and present them in detail.

It will specifically address the following questions:

  • What is my specific role as a mediator in organisations? What is my task in the area of conflict between person and organisation?
  • How can I plan/implement/conclude my mediation successfully?
  • How do organisational structures affect their members and the organisational culture?
  • What is the significance of organisational functional roles and how do I deal with conflicting role requirements?
  • How do I get a realistic idea of the possibilities and limits of my own position in an organisation?
  • What types of change processes are there in organisations? How can they be successfully organised?
  • How can forms of resistance be diagnosed, and how can resistance be reduced or even utilised as a productive force?
  • How can organisational cultures be further developed and made fit for the demands of the future?

The event is organised in accordance with the requirements of Section 37 VI BetrVG
