Subscription and cancellation: Double opt-in and opt-out
The registration process takes place by means of a so-called double opt-in e-mail: You will be asked to confirm your registration. The cancellation process (objection to receiving the newsletter) is possible at any time, by e-mail, telephone, SMS or also by letter and even fax (so-called opt-out). You will find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter (at the end) or in the double opt-in e-mail.
Statistical records
We are constantly endeavouring to improve our service, which is why we evaluate its use. For this reason, you consent to this analysis when you receive the newsletter. We measure how often the newsletter is opened and which links readers click on.
