Dr Sascha Weigel acts as an arbitrator and mediator in disputes between self-employed individuals and their clients.
As a rule, an ombudsman's office is a service for settling disputes between solo self-employed persons and their clients. The intention and aim of the ombudsman's office is to support both parties involved in difficult discussions and conflicts.
- The ombudsman's office is impartial.
- At an ombudsman's office, both sides are listened to equally.
- Solutions are only developed together. However, this does not exclude individual discussions.
- Conflict cases are treated in strict confidence.
