Cooperation between mediators and RA – in economic matters

    • The quality is largely dependent on the mediator.
    • It is counterproductive if the legal adviser is not consulted at all or is consulted too late.

    • It is helpful to involve legal advisors at an early stage and on an ongoing basis
    • Two lawyers also enrich the mediation from the start
    • In trusting mediation discussions, legal advisors are also able to act well and constructively beyond the law in favour of conflict resolution.
