In this episode of the podcast "Gut durch die Zeit", I explore the complex topic of verbal disputes and conflicts in the context of different communication systems with Dr Peter Modler. This often leads to misunderstandings when, for example, a senior doctor tries to communicate productively in a meeting while her superior signals that the hierarchy is more important to him than the actual content of the conversation. Using illustrative examples from his everyday professional life, it becomes clear how essential an understanding of these dynamic effects is for successful communication.
