Prof. (retired) Dr Alexander Redlich, psychologist and consultant, has been developing and supporting mediation centres and mediators for a dialogue-based conflict culture in Moldovan, Transnistrian and Ukrainian regions since 2009. At the beginning of the conversation, we reflect on the processes of grievance caused by Russia's war against Ukraine. And in a very personal way.
