In conversation with Prof Dr Alexander Redlich

Well through time. The podcast about mediation, conflict coaching and organisational consulting.

Prof. Dr Alexander Redlich, retired, psychologist and consultant, has been developing and supporting mediation centres and mediators for a dialogue-based conflict culture in Moldovan, Transnistrian and Ukrainian regions since 2009. In an interview with Sascha, he explains the beginnings and progress of this series of projects.

Contents:

For 10 years, DAAD projects have been training mediators and setting up mediation centres to promote a culture of dialogue-based conflict communication. The skills are applied in specific conflicts and then mediation skills are taught in greater depth in case supervision sessions. What will become of these projects in light of the Russian war against Ukraine is currently unclear.
