Moderation is used in strategy workshops to ambidextrous tasks of the organisation – on the one hand, to focus on the big picture, the big picture, the idea whose time has come; – on the other hand, to keep an eye on the real terrain of the present, which is often rugged, impassable and difficult to negotiate due to conflicts and everyday difficulties.

BUSINESS MEETINGS

Good moderation provides the framework for using the limited time available in a focussed manner.

The moderator navigates through the topics and decision points that are important to the group and acts as a sensor for the otherwise inaudible voices in the room, detecting the different moods and incorporating them into the overall process.
