Conflicts are an expression of "social illness", both privately and at work! Forum M supports institutions (hospitals, authorities, trades...) and private individuals with mediation, individual support, team building, training, lectures and counselling. The aim is to facilitate better co-operation. In many cases, subsidies are available. For example, the Forum M team consists of authorised process consultants from unternehmensWert:Mensch and Potentialberatung and works together with health insurance companies.

imug e.V. is an association of mediators and interested parties who have specialised in the topic of mediation and health. The association promotes awareness of mediation in connection with health in the family and in the world of work, provides mediators where necessary and offers further training and supervision.
