FAQ GRUNDAUSBILDUNG IN MEDIATION
TRAINING COMPONENTS FOR THE COACHING TRAINING PROGRAMMES
The main component of the practice-orientated training are classroom courses, which are carried out with a corona-proof hygiene concept.
The courses are accompanied by a digital whiteboard on which the face-to-face courses are documented, further information is provided and a digital contact point is created for all participants in a group-oriented manner.
Depending on the duration of the course, you will receive our digital course letters at least every fortnight, which will introduce you to the world of mediation step by step.
You will receive the course-relevant index cards offline in advance by post, packed in our INKOVEMA design box.
You can also view the flashcards online via our learning platform www.elemente-der-mediation.de.
As an annual course participant, you will receive access to our learning platform www.elemente-der-mediation.de, even after the course has ended.
In future, you will also be able to test your knowledge in quizzes and question tools in our course letters.
If required, on request or in (corona) emergencies, we can carry out the training quality online without loss thanks to our digital course components.
In podcast formats (Pod = play on demand, cast = broadcast), we provide interviews and supplementary learning material for independent in-depth study.

...the idea that we lawyers work in a highly stressful profession was already clear to me beforehand - what wasn't tangible was what to do about it. I only realised this during my training - and I will definitely keep at it.
...the idea of the trial is now much more prevalent. As lawyers, we are moulded in scientific work, in prevailing opinions and minority opinions. We have not been sensitised to the subtleties of a process, just as we have not been trained to ask questions and learn to communicate in order to allow the process to develop at all. DTraining has shown me completely different ways of approaching situations (also openly) and accepting the process.
