The scope of training comprises a total of 22 training days, i.e. in total 160 hours of on-campus trainingplus self-study and in intervision groups/peer groups (approx. 270 hours in total).

The number of participants is regularly between 6 and 12 people. A maximum of 15 people can be trained by two trainers.

  • They receive a certificate from the Institute for Conflict and Negotiation Management INKOVEMA, which documents the professionalisation of their practical and scientifically based coaching and counselling skills.
  • As Teaching transactional analyst under supervision and as a trainer of the Federal Mediation Association hours can be credited in each case.

The personal preliminary discussion serves both sides to clarify and concretise the training and work alliance, e.g. how the collaboration can be meaningfully designed for both sides and what is required for this. It is also important to establish what professional or private motivations are present. You will be informed about the didactic approach and content of the training programme and "questioned" about your career and your particular further training wishes or personal and strategic prospects.

Unsere Coaching Ausbildung ist ideal für Führungskräfte, HR-Professionals, die ihre Fähigkeiten in Mitarbeiterentwicklung und -führung erweitern möchten sowie selbstständige Berater:innen und Trainer:innen. Die Ausbildung betont Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, beraterische Kompetenzen für die Arbeits- und Wirtschaftswelt sowie soziale Wertschätzung in einer ausdifferenzierten Gesellschaft, um den steigenden Bedarf an stabilen Berater*innen, unterstützenden Führungskräften zu decken sowie eigenständig agierende Mitarbeitende.

The training comprises 10 modules, with the first and tenth modules taking 3 days and all others 2 days. The duration of the programme is extended to approx. 15 months. In addition, we recommend that you meet in peer groups during the training programme and already coach (professionally) in order to receive supervision, which requires additional time. In principle, two documented coaching cases are required for certification, for which approximately three sessions of two hours each should be scheduled per case.

Die Ausbildungsmodule finden in der Regel als Präsenzkurse statt, die von Montag Vormittag bis Dienstag Nachmittag durchgeführt werden. Zusätzlich gibt es eine interaktive Plattform, wo der Kursverlauf dokumentiert wird. Darüber hinaus werden relevante Karteikarten mit dem INKOVEMA-Ordner ausgehändigt.

In justified exceptional cases, we offer participation in individual days or modules online via Zoom and professional technology. This means you won't miss a thing, even if you can't be there in person.

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, das Modul in einer anderen Gruppe nachzuholen. Dies kann z.B. im folgenden Jahrgang erfolgen.

To take part in the coaching training programme, you must have completed vocational training, have a degree or have relevant professional experience. You should also be at least 21 years old. A personal preliminary interview with the head of the training programme and institute is also required, which can also be conducted by (video) telephone.
