Anyone thinking about whether artificial intelligence is a better mediator in conflicts,
misses the point.
Rather, it is about artificial intelligence mediating better in conflicts.
- Artificial intelligence helps self-employed people to gather data faster, generate information and get things done more quickly: Imagine you have a lot of tasks to do but not enough time. Typical for the self-employed: AI can be like a super-fast helper and take over repetitive and repetitive tasks for the self-employed – almost for free, so that they have more time to take care of the important things.
- AI can help to better understand information: Sometimes there is so much information that it can be difficult to keep track of it all. AI can help to sift through all this information and find patterns or connections that help to better understand what's going on.
- AI can help to provide personalised support: Every person is unique and has different needs. AI can help to better understand these needs and offer customised assistance.
- AI improves the work of its users: they become even better than their colleagues who do not use AI. In the competition between consultants, artificial intelligence supports the establishment of new strategies and tactics that help to improve personal skills and thus contribute to market positioning.
- Artificial intelligence leads to greater efficiency: important but routine tasks are outsourced, handed over or at least solved more quickly.
In all of this, it is important to realise that artificial intelligence should not be a substitute for human skills and empathy, but a new type of tool in its own right that will help us all to do the work in hand better and more efficiently.
And for some, possibly even for very many people
Artificial intelligence is also seen as a means of enriching
for self-reflection, self-coaching and self-therapy and
generally become a learning tool par excellence.
