MEDIATION
Few things are more unifying than resolved conflicts
MEDIATION FOR COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS
Because we not only lose ourselves in our organisations, but also (want to) find ourselves in them.
What is the starting point?
Organisations learn through conflict. Pay attention to what!
What needs to be done?
In organisational conflicts, the perspectives of the individual role players are supplemented by the Perspective of the organisation. This organisation initiates the mediation and must always be taken into account when dealing with the conflict.
What to look out for?
It is important to recognise the conflict as Learning and innovation moment for the organisation - with all risks and opportunities. Excellent mediation in organisations is strategically oriented. They focus on the (desired) future of the organisation and the parties involved and work on it. Because here, too, the following applies: The future is present in conflicts.
MEDIATION FOR INDIVIDUALS
What is the starting point?
In conflicts, the parties involved argue about the solutions they have already come up with, all of which are rejected. However, as they cannot be implemented on their own, but dependent on the co-operation of the other party are emotional tensions and cognitive irritations on. Actions that are often carried out with good intentions lead to unintended negative effects.
What needs to be done?
Deceleration works wonders! This is because ideas for solutions are often good starting points for a joint solution, but because they are tried to be implemented with vehemence and without consultation and agreement, they have to be blocked, rejected and condemned. The search for a solution must Joint strategic alignment become.
What to look out for?
Good mediation includes a balancing element: injustices are resolved - without judgement.
Good mediation also has a mediating effect. Mediation makes it possible to find common ground - without pretending.
Excellent mediation, on the other hand, must focus on the strategic element, keeping an eye on the envisaged future in order to remain economically agile and stable at the same time. We specialise in this.

VOTES ON OUR WORK

Marc Alexander Schweitzer, Deputy Institute Director at Fraunhofer SCAI, Bonn, client 2021-2023
We are impressed by his composure even in extremely tense situations, as well as his flexibility in adapting himself and his mediation work to the current circumstances - without losing sight of the assigned goal.
We can unreservedly recommend Dr Sascha Weigel as a consultant and advisor for even the most difficult dialogue and team situations!

IDA SCHÖNHERR, formerly BASF Berlin, works council chairwoman, business mediator, client 2015

Rita Lampasona-Hornung, BASF Services Europe GmbH, Berlin, Head of Department, client since 2017
As BASF Services Europe GmbH, we asked Dr Sascha Weigel (INKOVEMA) to mediate a conflict in one of our departments in 2015/2016. With outstanding professionalism, he grasped the problem of the conflict situation and also considered the organisational implications in a diverse working environment.
Dr Sascha Weigel enabled us to deal with the relevant issues appropriately and make sensible decisions by providing prudent advice to the management level, including the works council, as well as through dedicated mediation and workshops together with the parties involved.
His calmness helped us just as much as his ability to recognise and strengthen the good approaches and developing tendencies even in difficult situations. We would consult Dr Sascha Weigel again at any time in similar situations

Katinka Schulz, Partner fgi-FischerGroupInternational, seminar participant 2017
Valuable was the structural help of your approach and the completely different perspective...such as ...much of what we call conflicts are actually attempts to resolve them....

DR. KATHRIN CARL, Head of Human Resources Development and Training, FSU Jena, client since 2017
