In mediation, everyone involved struggles to end the confrontation between the opposites and thus the common conflict and to focus on the common ground and desirable prospects. Two problem descriptions should be turned back into a common problem definition.

But that The end of the confrontation of opposites does not yet mean that the parties know what they want to do with each other in the future, what they want to work on together and what the goal of the living or working relationship is and how it wants to be organised. The possible intention not to let it get that far again is about as far-reaching as a declaration of intent not to start smoking again. Sometimes, we hear, it works.

In short, even conflicting parties need to know what they want to create together. And that brings us to the topic of CREATIVITY. And in two respects.

Mediation also requires creativity in order to find out exactly what you want to create together in the future.

And that's exactly why I invited an expert and outstanding colleague who is on first-name terms with creativity methods.
