Barbara Lenze, mediator and head of conflict management in the IT department of the Bavarian state capital of Munich.

Contents:

An app was developed in the Munich administration's IT department to provide over 1,400 employees with quick access to basic information on conflict management, bullying and team conflicts. It provides information and refers employees to the existing contact points within the administration. The app was largely designed by mediator Barbara Lenze.
