This time, Sascha Weigel talks to Dr Mario Herger, who has been living and working in Silicon Valley since 2001 and has been informing the German-speaking world about innovations, trends and developments in the tech scene for the past 10 years.

The main focus of the discussion is on generative AIs, which in combination can perform many (business) activities independently that previously had to be carried out by a human, e.g.

  • Write order or cancellation e-mails,
  • make other business declarations,
  • consequences, which are also part of business activities.

ExampleYou have to cancel your participation in a congress, as well as the train tickets and the hotel you have booked. You also have to cancel an appointment with a friend you were planning to visit in the city. If’things are going well, inform your AI companion of your intention – and they will take care of it for you. More examples in the list below!

In this discussion, we will explore the extent to which these developments can be of significance for the self-employed and freelancers.
