Following his training as a mediator and the entry into force of the ESUG and the Mediation Act in 2012, he has dedicated himself exclusively to supporting self-administration proceedings in small and medium-sized companies as a restructuring mediator. The focus of his work is on out-of-court restructuring mediation and the reorganisation of companies by means of an insolvency plan.
