This family support includes, among other things, the learning process of finding a new way of dealing with each other, as roles and statuses have changed as a result of the illness. On the other hand, mediation in the healthcare sector is aimed at the\u00a0<strong>Working life<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>professional institutions<\/strong> such as hospitals, doctors' surgeries, care facilities, hospices, therapists and their employees. In addition to ethical issues, the special conflict dynamics in the healthcare sector are also taken into account. Mediation in the healthcare sector has special features. Mediation, conflict moderation and coaching can be carried out with individuals (nurses, doctors) or with the entire team (ward, department, residential area&#8230;). Mediation processes can clarify decisions and conflicts, particularly in the healthcare sector.
