In the coaching and counselling context, it helps to give meaning to experiences of all kinds and to make new decisions.<\/p>\n<p>This book supplements transactional analysis with systemic approaches that enable a comprehensive understanding of context, roles and reality construction as well as approaches from analytical psychology, which expand the understanding of people's individual potential with their in-depth perspective.
