Sie folgen den Funktionen und Zielen des steten Wiederholens und Verst\u00e4ndnisabsicherns durch die Mediator*innen und kommen nicht zuletzt dem Mythos auf die Spur, dass Mediator*innen sehr wohl inhaltlichen Einfluss auf die Konfliktgespr\u00e4che nehmen. Obschon diese Einflussnahme unterhalb der juristischen Wahrnehmungsschwelle ist und auch nicht die Verantwortlichkeitsverteilung f\u00fcr das Mediationsergebnis grundlegend irritiert, erscheint doch das Mantra von Mediator*innen, dass sie keine L\u00f6sungsvorschl\u00e4ge (ein-)br\u00e4chten, zumindest erg\u00e4nzungsw\u00fcrdig.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2 class=\"p1\">Methode:<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Die Ergebnisse sind empirisch mit Hilfe gespr\u00e4chsanalytischer Methoden gewonnen. Die Analyse folgt der Grundannahme, dass Mediationsgespr\u00e4che (wie alle anderen Gespr\u00e4che) Abbild einer strukturierten sozialen Ordnung sind und die Beteiligten diese Ordnung Moment f\u00fcr Moment herstellen.
