The four subject areas include all aspects that should be clear if you want to set up or successfully manage a company. The model therefore provides support in the sense of a <strong>Checklist<\/strong> nothing to be overlooked. <\/em><em>In addition to completeness, the model helps to create a <strong>coherent, consistent business model<\/strong> to develop. There are direct dependencies between the four subject areas, which must interact logically and harmoniously for a promising business model. Changes in one area have an impact on the other three. Balancing the four areas is a key challenge for owners, managers and employees and is the central focus of the<strong> Book-rich management meets you. <\/strong><\/em><em>Franz-Ferdinand Kress: \"I am deeply convinced that there are relevant basic principles and attitudes for successful corporate management and that it is possible to describe these clearly and comprehensibly. I am also passionate about the idea of productivity and humanity in companies - today more than ever. As I had not found a model that clearly illustrated both aspects and in particular their interaction in a generally understandable way, I developed the \"Holistic Corporate Development\" model in the mid-2000s. In the 15 years or so since then, it has been further refined, used in numerous organisational development projects, established by an international high-tech engineering company with 10,000 employees as a leading model in management development, taught at the Cooperative State University... -
