Das Gespr\u00e4ch dreht sich um den R\u00fccktritt von Dr. Markus Troja, dem Gr\u00fcndungsherausgeber, und den Wechsel zu neuen Mitherausgebern, Sonja F\u00fccker und mir, Sascha Weigel. Markus hebt hervor, wie wichtig der Beirat und die Zusammenarbeit mit Autorinnen und Autoren sind, um qualitativ hochwertige Inhalte zu schaffen. Die Diskussion geht auch auf die Entwicklungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis ein und darauf, wie schwierig es sein kann, Inhalte zu vermitteln, die sowohl theoretisch fundiert als auch praktisch anwendbar sind.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich \u00e4u\u00dfert Markus seine W\u00fcnsche f\u00fcr die Zukunft der Konfliktdynamik.
