Conflict is the reason for our counselling, rather than other focal topics such as leadership, partnership, change, etc. &#8211; they all play just as much a role in conflict management as vice versa: how often do leadership developers have to deal with conflict issues?<\/p>\n<p>The negotiation processes resulting from conflicts as well as those leading into conflicts can take place in various settings, of which the Institute's practical focus is primarily on <strong>MEDIATION, COACHING and ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTING<\/strong> supports. Hence the subtitle of the podcast ;-)<\/p>\n<p>The following is therefore an overview of the variety of topics covered in the podcast. We have decided to divide the podcast into small series in order to emphasise the complexity of the conflict management options and framework conditions.
