This can range from legal guidelines and best practice to psychological interventions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Support with research:<\/strong> Chatbots can help with research on specific topics or case studies by searching relevant literature sources and databases and extracting relevant information. Users can use the knowledgeable and well-read chatbot to ask questions and reflect.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Communication aid<\/strong>They can support communication with clients by offering alternative perspectives and solutions and thus help to enrich the counselling process. Above all, chatbots support reflection and supervision following counselling sessions. This improves the subsequent counselling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>E-learning and training:<\/strong> Chatbots can be used as a teaching tool to support counsellors, mediators and coaches in ongoing training by providing training materials and answering questions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Of course, such chatbots cannot currently replace interpersonal interaction and empathy. Rather, they should be used as <strong>supplementary aids, literally as assistants and companions<\/strong> be considered, which <strong>not primarily support the counselling process, but the counsellor<\/strong>.
