He is co-author of the ZPO commentary Z\u00f6ller and on the editorial board of the Zeitschrift f\u00fcr Konfliktmanagement.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:20px;margin-bottom:20px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;--awb-sep-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><h2><strong>Contents:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\"New ways into mediation\"<\/strong>\u00a0were to be sought and found at the Bavarian Mediation Day 2023. 200 participants attended and formulated their ideas in 20 working groups. New paths were developed, but above all it was emphasised that obstacles and stumbling blocks should be removed from existing paths. In this context, the route to court was sometimes targeted as a particular annoyance: This is too heavily pre-structured and &#8222;bypasses&#8220; the mediation option, so to speak. The legal profession has a key role to play here - which is why many related ideas were developed, from training to remuneration issues.<\/p>\n<p>Special attention was paid to <strong>contractual<\/strong> <strong>Conflict resolution clauses<\/strong>which should be included in all significant contracts. Corporate lawyers and solicitors, but also notaries in particular, should work towards this.
