Phases of mediation<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Problem statement:\u00a0<\/b>If you want to mediate practically in conflicts, you have to prepare yourself for much more than just mediating in conflicts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Those who want to mediate must be able to prove themselves as negotiating partners of conflict parties and represent their own interests &#8211;
