What is important in conflicts is that it is initially unclear and disputed what the disputed issues are.\"<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Notes on preparation:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>meaningful Cooperative attitude: \"I am ok, you are ok.\" (basic attitude)<\/li>\n<li>Consciously maintain your own \"safe bases\"<\/li>\n<li>Personal objective clear and written down. I use them to explore the world of others, where they make their decisions. The insights expand my possibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Build up bonding and pay attention to it: How do you contribute to the other party's advantage?<\/li>\n<li>I focus on the\u00a0<strong>Interests instead of positions<\/strong>Why is the other party negotiating? What is the problem they want to solve?<\/li>\n<li>A NO is ok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<h1><em><strong>The (conflict) negotiation starts with a NO and does not stop.<\/strong><\/em><\/h1>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Follow-up:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>What went well?
