Die verantwortlichen Online-Recruiter*innen ben\u00f6tigten die Zuarbeit ihrer Kolleg*innen, die aus ihrer Sicht unterblieb. Im Gegenzug konnten die Online-Recruiter wenig Erfolge verbuchen \u2013 und die gemeinsame Aufgabe blieb unbearbeitet.<br \/>\nThema: Keine Seite f\u00fchlte sich geh\u00f6rt und verstanden, h\u00f6rte und verstand deshalb die jeweils andere Seite nicht und dr\u00e4ngte darauf, dass jeweils ihre L\u00f6sungsidee umzusetzen sei. Weil diese so schl\u00fcssig daherkamen, geriet jede Seite in Verzweiflung, Wut und \u00c4rger \u00fcber \u201edie anderen\u201c, weil diese Seite so verbohrt und firmensch\u00e4digend agierte.<br \/>\nErgebnisse: Ein gemeinsamer Strategieworkshop mit allen relevanten Arbeitspersonen sollte Abhilfe schaffen. Dieser Workshop entsprach in seinem Ablauf mediativer Arbeitsweise und erm\u00f6glichte zun\u00e4chst einen Kl\u00e4rungsteil dazu, wie sich die jeweiligen Erinnerungen und Geschichten zur gemeinsamen Vergangenheit widersprachen und doch in ihrer Struktur glichen, um sodann die Punkte zu erarbeiten, an denen alle arbeiten wollten (WORAN ARBEITEN?) \u2013 und wie sie das gemeinsam in die Welt class=\"elegant-expanding-section-content-area active-section\">\n<div class=\"elegant-expanding-section-content\">\n<p>Konfliktanlass: Zwischen den Verantwortlichen von zwei Bereichen, die zusammenarbeiten m\u00fcssen, hier zwischen der Institutsverwaltung und dem Reinraum, kommt es zu Schuldzuweisungen und Konfliktsituationen. Mehrmals wurde es in Leitungsmeetings laut und ausf\u00e4llig. Gegenseitige Vorw\u00fcrfe, Schuldzuweisungen, Sarkastisch-zynische Anmerkungen, h\u00f6rbar f\u00fcr alle zeigten allen, wie vergiftet die Atmosph\u00e4re war. Die jeweiligen Mitarbeiter*innen dieser Bereiche, die zusammenarbeiten mussten (Schnittstellenpaare) kl\u00e4rten auch nicht mehr Ihre unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und Aufgabenanforderungen, sondern delegierten alles gleich bis zu den Bereichsverantwortlichen, die schon nicht mehr miteinander sprachen. Da gemeinsame Gespr\u00e4che nicht fruchteten, gew\u00e4hrt der Institutsleiter externe Mediation, um die Konfliktlagen zu kl\u00e4ren und dringend ben\u00f6tigte Kooperationsf\u00e4higkeit auf allen Ebenen wieder herzustellen.<br \/>\nThemen: Die aufkommenden Themen waren einerseits verletzende Einzelsituationen, die unbesprochen die gegenseitigen Vorstellungsbilder vergifteten, aber eben schon Monate zur\u00fccklagen. Zudem kamen\u00a0unterschiedliche Arbeitswerte infolge verschiedener Professionen und Aufgabengebiete. Unterschiedliche Arbeitsethiken, Strategien und Probleml\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze, die nicht gemeinsam besprochen und ausgehandelt wurden, f\u00fchrten zur Eskalation.<br \/>\nL\u00f6sungsansatz: Entschleunigtes Kommunizieren \u00fcber die Hintergr\u00fcnde und Wertvorstellungen, Problemwahrnehmungs- und -l\u00f6sungsstrategien zeigten, dass die beiden Professionen einfach erhebliche Unterschiede mit sich bringen \u2013 und unterschiedliche Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten ansprechen. In den Mediationsgespr\u00e4chen gelang es den Beteiligten, in ruhiger, moderierter Atmosph\u00e4re das gegenseitige Interesse zu steigern, sich wieder zuzuh\u00f6ren und dadurch gegenseitiges Verst\u00e4ndnis zu entwickeln. Beide Seiten vereinbarten eine intensivere Regelkommunikation untereinander (sog. \u201eFreitagsgespr\u00e4che\u201c) sowie kl\u00e4rende Gespr\u00e4chsrunden mit den nachgeordneten Mitarbeiter*innen. Eine verst\u00e4rkte Delegationskultur (zu den Mitarbeiter*innen!) sowie ein intensiverer, abteilungs\u00fcbergreifender Austausch wurden vereinbart und digitalen Akte. Es gab Bef\u00fcrworter, die am liebsten ausschlie\u00dflich mit Laptop gearbeitet h\u00e4tten und nicht zuletzt umweltsch\u00fctzende Gr\u00fcnde anf\u00fchrten, w\u00e4hrend \u201eihre\u201c Gegenseite vor allem Praktikabilit\u00e4tsgr\u00fcnde angaben, nicht ausschlie\u00dflich auf die digitale Akte zu setzen. Sie hatten nicht nur gute Gr\u00fcnde der Tradition (\u201ealt und bew\u00e4hrt\u201c) auf ihrer Seite, sondern auch Handlichkeit im Au\u00dfeneinsatz. Dabei zeigte sich schnell, dass es auch um \u201eGenerationen\u00e4ngste\u201c ging, Verst\u00e4ndigungsschwierigkeiten zwischen Alt und Jung sowie auch zwischen \u201eOst\u201c und \u201eWest\u201c.<br \/>\nErgebnisse: Es wurde ein Zeitraum vereinbart, in dem testweise die digitale Akte eingef\u00fchrt wurde. Dabei wurden vor allem Aspekte eines \u00dcbergangszeitraums ber\u00fccksichtigt, indem beide Aktenf\u00fchrungen parallel genutzt werden w\u00fcrden bzw. eine Art Handakte f\u00fcr unterwegs nach den bezeugen, wer schlecht und wer gut arbeitet oder \u00fcber Diskriminierung von und durch Menschen. Deutungshoheit und Machtfragen stehen in Streit.<br \/>\nErgebnisse: Es fanden Mediationsgespr\u00e4che zwischen dem Mitarbeiter und seinem Vorgesetzten statt, von dem sich dieser alleingelassen und in dieser Weise diskriminiert f\u00fchlte.
